Overview

In this role you will build and maintain innovative financial services products as part of an agile engineering team. You will work with a modern JS stack to deliver high-quality applications and adapt to evolving requirements. The position offers exposure to cutting-edge technologies in a money-management domain within a technology-driven financial services firm. You will contribute to scalable backend services and participate in shaping product delivery and system improvements.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain Node.js-based backend services for financial products
  • Collaborate in an agile development team to deliver new features and enhancements
  • Work with MongoDB and SQL databases to manage data storage and retrieval
  • Contribute to front-end integration using related technologies when needed
  • Participate in maintenance of existing applications and refactoring for performance
Key requirements
  • Solid experience with Node.js
  • JavaScript development experience
  • SQL or MongoDB experience
  • Some front-end experience (HTML5/CSS3/JQuery) is a plus
  • React.js would be a plus but not required
