Overview
In this NodeJS Developer role, you will build and deploy internal and client-facing web apps, collaborating with platform engineers to define APIs and rapid prototypes. You’ll own test design to prove requirements are met while contributing to a cross‑functional scrum team. This greenfield project sits alongside a mobile app effort, offering hands‑on work with cloud infrastructure and modern front-end tech. You’ll join a performance‑driven, collaborative fintech team focused on quality and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities- Develop, test and deploy responsive web applications for internal and client use
- Prototype and build new components on top of cloud infrastructures
- Collaborate with platform engineering to flesh out APIs and rapid prototypes
- Define and create test suites to demonstrate requirement conformance
- Contribute to scrum ceremonies including demos and retrospectives
- Participate in a greenfield project alongside a mobile app team
- At least 2 years of software development experience
- HTML5
- TypeScript/JavaScript
- NodeJS
- Proficiency with building responsive web apps using React
- Experience with testing from unit to integration using tools like JUnit, Cucumber, Selenium
