In this role you lead technology design for intelligent building systems, shaping how AV, ICT, security and integrated solutions fit into client projects. You collaborate across disciplines to deliver practical, real-world technology packages that align with the wider design. You’ll influence the team’s approach and help grow the consultancy’s capabilities in emerging areas. The role offers exposure to diverse sectors and high-caliber, complex schemes in Central London.

• Lead technology design packages (AV, ICT networks, security, structured cabling) and produce specifications and schematics
• Engage with clients and other design disciplines to ensure integrated, practical solutions
• Take ownership of delivering technology solutions that work in the real world
• Shape the team’s approach to technology design and contribute to capability development in emerging areas
• Operate across multiple project sectors (commercial, education, healthcare, high-end residential) and complex schemes

• relevant experience in building technology design (AV, ICT networks, security systems, structured cabling) across various project types and sectors
• understanding of how technology integrates with MEP and architectural design rather than existing in a separate lane
• London market experience or willingness to work in London
