Job Summary

Company Health Medicine, PLLC is seeking a Part-Time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for our outpatient occupational health clinic in Tonawanda, NY.

This is a low-stress, assessment-focused role with NO prescribing, NO acute treating, NO DEA required, and NO weekend, night, or holiday shifts . It is an ideal position for New Graduates or clinicians with experience looking for a consistent schedule and great work-life balance.

Schedule

  • Part-Time: 2 days per week
  • Hours:
    • Wednesdays: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
    • Thursdays: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Perform occupational health physical exams for corporate and municipal client employees (e.g., bus drivers, truck drivers).
  • Conduct basic health screening assessments with routine exam components.
  • Complete Federal DOT physical examinations (guidance provided to take the quick online course and exam)

Qualifications

  • License: Active New York State Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license.
  • Experience: Open to New Graduates or clinicians with experience.
  • Certifications: Federal DOT Examiner Certification (or willingness to complete post-hire).
  • Skills: Basic computer proficiency for routine exam documentation.
  • Attributes: Reliable, efficient, and personable with client patients.
