Nuclear QA Program Lead (Hybrid)

Alva Energy seeks a Quality Assurance Program Lead to build and run the quality program behind a first‑of‑its‑kind nuclear uprate project in the United States. You will draft procedures, qualify suppliers, perform audits, drive corrective actions to closure, and assemble the quality records package at turnover.

You will be the in‑house expert on quality standards, coordinating with Engineering, Procurement, and Project Management, and reporting program health to leadership.
