Nuclear Workforce Deployment Coordinator

Coordinate nuclear workforce clearance and access processes for CanAtom projects at Darlington and Pickering Nuclear Generating Stations. Use organization and accuracy daily.

The Workforce Deployment Coordinator supports CanAtom, a joint venture between AtkinsRéalis and Aecon. You will manage OPG Security Clearance, plant access badging, onboarding requests, and radiological access documentation. The work supports employees, subcontractors, and potential new hires assigned to nuclear projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate OPG Clearance applications with employees and subcontractors
• Verify identification and supporting documents for submissions
• Track clearance renewals and issue compliance reports
• Coordinate onboarding access requests and Radiological Access Forms
• Facilitate TLD verification and visitor badging requirements

Requirements:

• One to two years of related administrative experience
• Knowledge of project management concepts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to prioritize concurrent assignments and meet deadlines
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills
