We're hiring a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join an onsite occupational health clinic at a major automotive manufacturing facility in Princeton, Indiana.

Position Highlights

• Schedule: Tuesday-Friday, 6:00 PM-2:30 AM
• Pay: $90-$106 per hour
• NO WEEKENDS!
• Three Consecutive Days Off: Saturday, Sunday, and Monday
• Location: Princeton, Indiana
• Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
• Setting: Onsite Occupational Health Clinic

What You'll Do

• Provide occupational healthcare services to employees in a manufacturing environment.
• Assess and treat workplace injuries and illnesses within your scope of practice.
• Conduct physical examinations and clinical assessments.
• Provide first aid, early intervention, and follow-up care.
• Support workplace injury prevention and employee wellness initiatives.
• Collaborate with onsite healthcare professionals and safety teams.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Respond to urgent medical situations as appropriate.

What We're Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Active Indiana NP or PA license, or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Interest in occupational health, employee wellness, or industrial medicine.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to start in a temporary role with the potential to transition into a permanent position.
