Nursing Center Scheduling & Payroll Leader

Genesiscareers is seeking a skilled Payroll/Labor Manager for a nursing center in Kentucky. You will manage labor spend and process payroll in line with policies and procedures.

You will serve as the primary contact for scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll, balancing staffing needs with financial performance while using software to minimize overtime and agency costs. You will lead the Labor Management Team to improve KPIs and maintain staffing coverage at all times.
