Seeking an Obgyn Hospitalist to meet the needs of a busy obgyn group within the Virginia Mason Franciscan Health System. This position is located at St. Francis Hospital in Federal Way, a suburb of Seattle.

• BC with ABOG

• A minimum of 2 years post-residency obgyn experience is preferred.

• Joining a well-established and busy women's health group consisting of 5 obgyn physicians, 6 Midwives and 2 APP's.

• The group handles roughly 120 deliveries per month alongside 24/7 anesthesia and OB hospitalist coverage.

• Full-time (0.80-1.0 FTE), featuring a 4-day work week with approximately 4-5 calls per month. PRN options are also available.

• Mix of high-low-risk obgyn surgeries with access to 3 DaVinci XI robots with block time

• Duties include providing 24-hour on site labor and delivery coverage, collaboration with CNM's and ER coverage for GYN emergencies/surgeries

• Compensation range is $387,990 - $481,800 per year starting salary guarantee (which transitions to RVU production after the first year), plus a sign-on bonus, quality incentive bonus, and relocation assistance

Federal Way is considered a suburb of both Seattle and Tacoma, making it a commuter hub for both major cities. Situated on a plateau between Puget Sound and the Green River Valley , Federal Way is located approximately 25 miles south of downtown Seattle and 8 miles north of downtown Tacoma. This location has beautiful views of the Olympic and Cascade Mountain Ranges. It doesn't matter if you like metropolitan amenities or suburban life, you can have both in Federal Way!
