  • License: Iowa license or IMLC
  • Clinic: Mon-Thurs 8-5, Fri 8-12
  • Clinic volume: 15-20 patients/day
  • Clinic staff: 1 physician, 3 NPs + nursing
  • Deliveries: ~30-40/month
  • EMR: Meditech (hospital), Athena (clinic)
  • Bid: Confirm Iowa Medicaid + DEA status
