Observability Architect & Tech Lead

Remote Worker LTD. is building a unified observability platform across our product suite. In this lead role you’ll set direction, design the stack and work hands-on with internal teams to drive adoption.

You’ll implement metrics, logs, traces, alerts and dashboards, define SLAs, SLOs and SLIs, and provide end-to-end visibility of system dependencies with clear visualisations. The role is hybrid, with three days per week in Paris or London and some travel.
