OB/GYN Physician Atlantic, Iowa $180K Recruitment Package

Join an established OB/GYN program at a high performing critical access hospital serving communities across southwest Iowa.

Position Highlights

• Full Scope Practice: Approximately 150 deliveries annually with minimally invasive gynecologic surgery and infertility care
• Patient Demand: Growing regional referral network with expanding outreach and the opportunity to build a patient panel quickly
• Modern Facilities: Recently renovated facilities with LDRP suites, remote fetal monitoring, and integrated EMR
• Surgical Resources: Robotics capable operating room planned
• Clinical Support: 24/7 CRNA support

Schedule & Call

• Collaborative 1:4 call rotation
• Customizable schedule with the opportunity to build your practice around your preferences

Compensation & Benefits

• $400,000 to $450,000 base salary plus RVU incentives
• $180,000 recruitment package plus up to $10,000 relocation assistance
• Eligibility for state and federal loan forgiveness programs
• Employer paid family health insurance, state pension, and retirement plans
• 312 hours of PTO and a $4,500 CME allowance
• Occurrence based malpractice coverage and paid licensure and board fees

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• MD or DO eligible for Iowa medical licensure
• New graduates and experienced physicians encouraged to apply
• Interest in full scope OB/GYN within a collaborative, community focused team
