Details are below: Why This Role Flexible 7-10-day coverage blocks Mix of limited prenatal clinic and call coverage Low inpatient patient volume Temporary privileges available APP and administrative support Any state license accepted Assignment Details Start Date: August 28, 2026 End Date: Ongoing Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call Practice Setting: Inpatient and outpatient Shift Schedule: 6:00 PM-6:00 PM Assignment Length: 7-10 day blocks Current Coverage Dates: August 28-September 3 or September 14-20, 2026 Additional Coverage Dates: December 7-13 and December 21-27, 2026 Clinic Volume: Approximately 12 patients per shift Hospital Volume: Approximately 1-2 patients per shift Annual Delivery Volume: 319 Call Type: Beeper Call Response Time: 15 minutes Rounding: Assigned and unassigned patients Department Beds: 10 Trauma Level: Level IV EMR: Cerner Support Staff: Medical assistant, 2 APPs, and office staff APP Supervision: Included Requirements Any state license accepted Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN BLS Clean history Clinical Details Low-risk pregnancy management Fetal heart rate interpretation, including NST, CST, and FSE Routine vaginal deliveries Low-forceps deliveries Cesarean section decision-making and delivery Breech deliveries Multiple births Placental abruption management VBAC deliveries Repair of third- and fourth-degree lacerations Prenatal clinic visits Office and minor gynecologic procedures IUD placement Cystoscopy Colposcopy Cryosurgery LEEP procedures Open gynecologic surgery Laparoscopic procedures Management of ectopic pregnancy Ovary removal and cystectomy Lysis of adhesions Next StepsIf you're interested, please send: Updated CV Current availability Active state license(s) IMLC Status Preferred rate (We submit whatever rate would make the assignment work for you.
