Locums OB Hospitalist coverage in North Carolina with 12 or 24 hour shifts and onsite restricted call. CNM, MFM, and NICU support.


Practice Setting

  • Inpatient OB Hospitalist coverage on the floor
  • Patient population includes teens and up, deliveries starting at 27 weeks
  • Team support includes CNM and MFMs onsite plus NICU staff and full hospital team
  • Daily volume is less than 15 deliveries, average patient census under 25

Schedule

  • Coverage is structured as 12 hour or 24 hour shifts
  • Call is onsite and restricted
  • Initial coverage need starts in early November 2026, additional PRN dates to follow

Requirements

  • Must be an MD or DO
  • Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • North Carolina medical license required, will not wait for license
  • ACLS, BLS, and DEA required
