Offshore Vessel Fleet Leader & Asset Owner

North Star is seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to own a portfolio of offshore vessels, ensuring safe, compliant, efficient and profitable operations. You will balance operational excellence with commercial performance, working closely with Masters, clients and shore-based specialists to maximise reliability and service delivery.

The role requires leadership over performance, safety management, budgets and stakeholder engagement in a dynamic offshore environment.
