Offshore Wind Interface Lead

JERA Nex bp is seeking an experienced Interface Manager to support the delivery of large-scale offshore wind and EPCI projects. You will coordinate interfaces across packages, govern decisions, and drive change processes within a matrix organization.

Reporting to the PMO Manager and working with Package Managers and technical specialists, you will ensure decisions are documented, approved, and traceable throughout the project lifecycle.
