Oil & Gas Trading Technology Transformation Senior Business Analyst – London based Energy Trading House

In this role you drive technology transformation for an energy trading house, supporting the London HQ and global desks. You will work on IT transformation programmes across Oil, Natural Gas, Power, LNG and Emissions, with exposure to ETRM systems and a cloud migration initiative. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape platforms that empower trading desks and support growth. The position blends business analysis with evolving tech programs in a fast-paced market. • Lead IT transformation initiatives for trading desks, mainly in London with global involvement
• Contribute to Endur ETRM/CTRM projects and upgrade activities (v26)
• Support a global cloud transformation program from London
• Engage with senior stakeholders to define requirements and align programmes with business goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions (London, Singapore, Houston)
• Assess risks, scope, and impact of technology changes on trading workflows
• Deliver clear BA artifacts to drive project decisions
• Support visa sponsorship/relocation processes as needed

• Proven experience in energy or commodity trading as a Business Analyst
• technology/digital transformation experience
• strong senior stakeholder management skills
• degree in Computer Science or a relevant discipline (or equivalent)
• eligible for UK work/relocation sponsorship
• experience with Endur ETRM/CTRM is advantageous
• ability to work 3 days in London and 2 days remote per week
