Volaris Group is seeking an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Specialist to join our Information Services team, focusing on Okta Identity Engine and related SaaS apps. The role covers daily IAM operations, authentication issues, and lifecycle management across the enterprise.

The successful candidate will work with application owners, security teams, and business stakeholders to support secure access, onboarding and offboarding processes, and ongoing Okta migrations.
