Omnichannel Systems Lead - Veeva CRM & Vault

Ipsen Ltd. is seeking an Omnichannel Systems Specialist (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract) in Paddington, London. You will manage Veeva CRM and Vault, ensuring data quality and compliance while enabling sales, marketing and medical teams across the UK & Ireland to access a single source of truth.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, deliver user training, expand omnichannel capabilities, and develop KPI reporting to drive continuous improvement. Hybrid working is available.
