Supportwave is seeking an Independent Contractor to deliver Remote Hands and break-fix services in a UK data centre. You will work 12-hour day or night shifts on-site, troubleshoot servers, replace hardware and cables, rotate media, and update tickets under SLA. A £500 monthly retainer covers up to 10 hours, plus hourly pay for extras and £32 travel per visit.

The role requires data centre experience and strong SLA discipline, with exposure to enterprise infrastructure and major vendors.
