NTT DATA is seeking an Inbound Customer Service Representative in Ottawa to support a telecom provider’s internet, Wi‑Fi, and home connectivity services. You will deliver friendly, accurate assistance with professionalism and empathy, while updating CRM records and guiding customers through troubleshooting steps.

Typical hours are 10:00am–8:00pm EST, with a rate of pay of $19.00 per hour. Prior call centre or tech support experience is an asset, and basic Wi‑Fi knowledge is welcomed.
