On-Site IT Help Desk Specialist — 23-Month Public Sector Contract

Altis Technology in Vancouver, BC, seeks an IT support professional for a 23-month temporary contract. You will provide first and second level support within a public sector court environment, addressing issues by phone, email and in person.

You’ll troubleshoot Windows, Office 365, email, Teams and hardware, resolve device problems, and assist with security and asset management on-site. Strong customer service and written/spoken English are essential.
