On-Site IT Support Officer — Service Desk & Cloud Tech

Essex County Council (ECC) are supporting Rochford District Council in recruiting an IT Support Officer on a full-time, temporary basis. The role is on-site at Launchpad, Airport Business Park, Rochford, SS4 1YH, with working hours 08:30am-17:00pm (Mon-Thu) and 08:30am-16:30pm (Fri).

The successful candidate will join the IT Team to deliver first-line technical support, assist with hardware commissioning/decommissioning and provide excellent customer service with a technical twist.
