On-Site & Remote IT Field Technician

Apogee Corporation is seeking a Field Service Technician to cover Colchester, Cambridge and Chelmsford. You will diagnose and repair laptops, desktops, and RPOS hardware, install and configure operating systems, and support users on site and remotely.

This hands-on role balances field visits with remote work while upholding high service standards and first-time fix goals. You'll work in a service-led environment where clear communication and reliable problem solving are essential.
