UKFE is seeking an Onboarding & Integration Partner to shape the early employee experience across UKFE and the STEP programme. This hands-on role focuses on designing onboarding journeys for direct hires and partner staff, ensuring inclusivity, compliance and scalability from day one.

You will deliver end-to-end onboarding, coordinate across People, IT and partners, and translate strategy into practical guidance and playbooks to improve engagement and retention.
