Onboarding Specialist — Managed Services & Go-Live Readiness

MHR is seeking a dedicated professional to lead onboarding for new customers within its Managed Services team. You’ll coordinate with Professional Services, Operations, and payroll/compliance stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition into Business as Usual, aligning configurations and go-live readiness.

You’ll build experience in governance, risk management, change control, and stakeholder communications, shaping a robust, scalable onboarding process for future customers.
