Oncology - Radiation Physician

Radiation Oncology Opening in ME Located in Presque Isle, MEPer diem, hospital-employedPosition Highlights:

• Per diem, hospital-employed Radiation Oncology opportunity
• Flexible 1- to 2-week assignments
• Approximately 6-12 weeks of coverage needed annually
• Support an established single-physician Radiation Oncology practice
• Collaborate with Medical Oncologists, Surgeons, Interventional Radiologists, Physicists, Medical Dosimetrists, and ancillary staff
• TrueBeam linear accelerator installed in 2025
• Vision RT utilized for motion management and RayStation for treatment planning
• Treatments include IMRT, SBRT, SRS, IGRT, and Xofigo
• Approximately 18-20 patients on treatment
• Approximately 5 simulations per week
• Hybrid physics support and remote dosimetry support
• Oncology nurse navigation services
• 24/7 Hospitalist support
Compensation & Benefits:
• $304.09 hourly rate
• Malpractice insurance with tail coverage

Qualifications:
• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiation Oncology
• Visa sponsorship is not available
