Haemonetics seeks a Customer Onsite Support Specialist to support patient safety at customer sites across Oxford, UK. You will ensure BloodTrack systems function optimally, diagnose issues and coordinate repairs with clinical and IT teams.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance of PDAs, printers and blood fridges, logging issues, and delivering training and support to nurses, doctors and porters. A biomedical or pathology IT background with strong communication skills is required.
