Onsite Desktop Support Engineer — SLA‑Driven IT Help

Computacenter AG & Co. oHG in Chelmsford is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to provide hands-on IT support in a busy customer environment. You will resolve incidents, fulfill service requests and ensure a responsive, high-quality user experience onsite.

The role requires strong Windows 10/11 knowledge, ITSM familiarity, and 2nd line incident resolution with SLA focus. A full UK driving license and SC clearance eligibility are preferred.
