Onsite IT Deployment & User Support Engineer

Venesky-Brown’s client in Glasgow seeks a Floorwalker / Deployment Support Engineer for an initial 6-month contract. The role provides on-site support immediately after device deployment and assists users with logon, profile initialisation, and basic device familiarisation.

The candidate will help users reconnect to the corporate network, verify access to core services, and maintain calm professionalism during device refresh activities.
