Onsite IT Deployment & User Support Engineer

Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Glasgow, is seeking a Floorwalker / Deployment Support Engineer for an initial 6 month contract based in Glasgow. The role pays £200/day (Inside IR35) and focuses on hands-on end-user support following device deployments.

Responsibilities include immediate on-site user assistance, logon help, network access verification, and acting as the first point of contact for post-deployment issues, with escalation per the defined support routes.
