Onsite IT & Networking Specialist (CCNA/Network+)

Major IT supports a growing FMCG & Food Manufacturing client in East Kilbride, Scotland. The role focuses on onsite IT support, troubleshooting L1/L2 issues, and maintaining hardware across desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and VOIP systems.

You will work with internal teams and the IT manager at Burton to ensure SLA targets are met, while expanding exposure to core networking (Cisco, DNS/DHCP) and industry certifications through ongoing training.
