Onsite IT Support Specialist

Bill Gosling Outsourcing is seeking a Desktop Support Technician in Barrie, Ontario. The role provides end-user IT support for hardware and software, onsite and remotely, and involves setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of PCs and peripherals.

You will work with Windows, Unix, and Linux environments, supporting a variety of devices and telco equipment. The position reports to the Helpdesk Team Leader and offers hands-on training and opportunities for growth within the team.
