Onsite IT Support Specialist Mackenzie

The IT Support Specialist delivers hands-on support across corporate and industrial environments. You will diagnose hardware, software, network, and system issues while supporting IT and operational technology. The position uses Windows, Hyper-V, Microsoft 365, Azure, ticketing, and documentation practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support through phone, email, and ticketing systems
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and system issues
• Own incidents through resolution and escalate when required
• Monitor IT and OT systems using logs and dashboards
• Support maintenance, upgrades, and IT projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
• Minimum three years of IT support or administration experience
• Strong Windows desktop and server knowledge
• Networking, cybersecurity, and service management knowledge
• Ability to lift equipment and participate in on-call rotation
