Onsite IT Support Technician Sudbury

Support enterprise technology onsite in Sudbury with Windows, Office 365, networking, and hardware troubleshooting expertise. Work Monday through Friday days.

DXC Technology seeks an Onsite Field Services Technician for its client facility in Sudbury, Ontario. You will resolve escalated system problems, maintain Polycom conference rooms, support Android devices, and deliver technical services. The work includes Windows 10 and 11, Office 365, SAP, ServiceNow, tablets, phones, and basic to complex network troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain Polycom conference rooms throughout the surrounding area
• Install, schedule, and refresh Polycom units
• Troubleshoot Android televisions, tablets, phones, and systems
• Resolve escalated end user system problems
• Document hardware, software, changes, and performance

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Two to five years of IT technical support experience
• Windows 10 or 11 enterprise experience
• Office 365 enterprise product experience
• Hardware, software, and network troubleshooting experience
