Akkodis is seeking a Representative Hypercare Specialist to join an on-site team in Broughton, North Wales, starting April 2027 for 12 months with extensions. The role focuses on SAP S/4HANA PP/Manufacturing and MM/QM, aligning to shop-floor processes and supply chain activities.

You will perform floorwalking, clarify issues, triage incidents, create ServiceNow tickets, and escalate as needed in a shift-based Hypercare environment. Airbus experience is advantageous.
