On‑Site SAP Support Analyst for ERP Excellence

Sunseeker International is seeking a proactive SAP Support Analyst to join our on-site IT team in Poole, Dorset. You will act as a trusted liaison between business users and technical teams, handling SAP issues end to end and ensuring stability across core processes.

You will triage incidents, manage user accounts and roles, and collaborate with partners to resolve complex issues while contributing to testing, documentation and process improvements.
