Onsite Technical Team Lead: Coaching, Delivery & Growth

Desjardins in Saguenay, QC, is seeking a team leader to provide management support for the team, coordinate unit activities, coach staff, assign tasks, and monitor progress on a daily basis. You will drive the unit’s service offer, ensure projects and activities are planned and executed, and meet targets on time and within budget while focusing on performance, quality and client satisfaction.

You will support training, resolve issues, and manage budget with a collaborative, service-minded
