Build autonomous agents remotely with OpenClaw using backend engineering, AI automation, and complex systems integration experience.

Outlier seeks freelance contributors to improve AI agents through human feedback. You will help train large language models for proactive, multi-step agent behavior. The work focuses on architectural workflows, technical evaluation, and real-world system interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write evaluation rubrics for autonomous agent behaviors
• Debug traces from multi-step agent interactions
• Stress test agents in complex scenarios

Requirements:

• At least two years of relevant experience
• Backend engineering, AI automation, or systems integration experience
• Production-grade software with modular service separation
• Live, non-mocked multi-turn system experience
• Clear, detailed feedback on complex behaviors
