Key Responsibilities:

• Write evaluation rubrics for autonomous agent behavior
• Debug agent traces across multi-turn interactions
• Stress test agents in live environments
• Provide technical feedback on system behaviors

Requirements:

• Two or more years in backend engineering, AI automation, or integration
• Build production-grade software with modular separation
• Handle live, non-mocked environments and multi-turn interactions
• Identify privacy leaks, authority escalation, or prompt injections
• Applicants must reside in accepted countries
