You will support projects involving architectural workflows, agent coordination, and real-world system interactions. The work suits software developers and orchestration specialists with relevant production experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write evaluation rubrics for autonomous agent behaviors
• Debug traces from multi-step agent interactions
• Stress test agents in complex workflows
• Provide high-density technical feedback on system behavior

Requirements:

• At least two years in backend engineering, AI automation, or systems integration
• Build and maintain production-grade modular software
• Handle live environments and multi-turn system interactions
• Identify privacy leaks, authority escalation, and prompt injections
• Apply careful attention to complex technical details
