Build autonomous-agent evaluations remotely with OpenClaw, backend engineering, and AI automation experience on a flexible freelance schedule.

Outlier is seeking contributors to help train large language models as proactive, multi-step agents. The work focuses on architectural workflows, live system interactions, and detailed technical feedback. Applicants need at least two years of backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write evaluation rubrics for autonomous agent behaviors
• Debug traces from multi-step agent interactions
• Stress test agents in complex workflows
• Provide high-density feedback on system behaviors

Requirements:

• At least two years of relevant experience
• Build and maintain production-grade modular software
• Handle live, non-mocked, multi-turn system interactions
• Demonstrate outstanding attention to detail
• Work authorization in an accepted applicant country
