OpenClaw Agent Builder Engineer

Build and evaluate OpenClaw agents remotely using backend engineering, AI automation, and complex systems integration expertise. Freelance schedules remain flexible.

Outlier seeks contributors with at least two years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration. You will help train large language models to design, coordinate, and optimize complex architectural workflows. Work includes live environments and multi-turn system interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write evaluation rubrics for autonomous agents
• Debug agent traces across multi-step interactions
• Stress test agent behavior in live environments
• Provide technical feedback on complex system behaviors

Requirements:

• Two or more years of relevant experience
• Build production-grade software with modular separation
• Handle live, non-mocked environments effectively
• Manage multi-turn system interactions
• Demonstrate outstanding technical attention to detail
