Outlier seeks software engineers and orchestration specialists to improve AI agents through human feedback. Projects train Large Language Models to design, coordinate, and optimize complex architectural workflows. You will evaluate and stress-test agent behavior while providing precise technical feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write evaluation rubrics for autonomous agents
  • Debug complex agent traces
  • Stress-test agent behavior in realistic scenarios
  • Evaluate multi-turn system interactions

Requirements:

  • At least two years of relevant experience
  • Backend engineering, AI automation, or systems integration experience
  • Production-grade software with modular separation
  • Experience with live, non-mocked environments
  • Detailed technical feedback on complex behaviors
