Outlier seeks OpenClaw Agent Builders to provide human feedback for advanced generative systems. You will help train large language models for proactive, multi-step agents. Projects focus on designing, coordinating, and optimizing complex architectural workflows using live systems and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write evaluation rubrics for autonomous agent behavior
• Debug traces from multi-step agent interactions
• Stress test agents in complex workflows
• Provide clear technical feedback on system behaviors

Requirements:

• Two or more years in backend engineering, AI automation, or systems integration
• Build production-grade software with modular service separation
• Experience with live, non-mocked environments and multi-turn interactions
• Outstanding attention to detail during technical evaluation
