About the Role

As an Operational Technology (OT) Consultant, you will join a high-performing Digital & Data practice, working alongside multidisciplinary teams to deliver secure, resilient, and innovative solutions for clients. Responsibilities

• Working across agile, cross-functional teams to deliver solutions for clients.
• Applying technical expertise to solve complex operational technology and cyber security challenges.
• Collaborating with stakeholders through workshops, whiteboarding sessions and technical discussions.
• Contributing to both client-facing engagements and internal initiatives.
• Supporting the design, implementation and improvement of OT security strategies and controls.

Required Skills

Candidates must be SC cleared or at least eligible for SC Clearance

Operational Technology & Industrial Control Systems

• Experience securing industrial control and operational technology environments, including:
• Process Control Systems
• SCADA
• Distributed Control Systems (DCS)
• PLCs and RTUs
• Industrial cyber security and data communications
• Electricity transmission and distribution control systems
• IoT and Industrial IoT (IIoT)
• OT cyber security risk management
• Security architecture
• Security monitoring and threat management

Industry Knowledge

• Experience in one or more of the following sectors:
• Electricity generation, transmission and distribution
• Distributed energy and smart energy
• Smart metering
• Oil & Gas
• Water Utilities
• Nuclear
• Transport (aviation, rail, maritime, road and autonomous vehicles)
• Critical National Infrastructure (CNI)

Security Frameworks & Standards

• Knowledge of relevant standards and frameworks, including:
• NCSC NIS Guidance and Cyber Assessment Framework (CAF)
