Operational Excellence Workday Analyst

Drive operational excellence remotely from Toronto, Ontario through Workday HCM, Security, reporting, and HR process improvement at The Salvation Army.

As a Business Analyst, you will support HR technology across Canada and Bermuda through system enhancements, analytics, and governance. The temporary contract ends August 31, 2027. Your work will improve data accuracy, compliance, efficiency, and employee experience through effective Workday solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prioritize enhancements with HR, IT, and business stakeholders
• Recommend process and security improvements
• Implement releases and change management activities
• Oversee governance, testing, approvals, and gap analyses
• Generate insights supporting strategic decisions

Requirements:

• Three to five years of Workday experience
• Experience with business process, reporting, and demand management
• Business problem identification and critical thinking skills
• Experience delivering large-scale projects in complex environments
• Agile collaboration with technical and business teams
