Operational Resilience Testing Lead

Quilter is seeking a proactive Testing & Exercising Specialist to join the Resilience & Crisis Team. Based in London or Southampton, you will lead operational resilience testing and mature Quilter’s testing approach to drive informed decision‑making.

You will design, coordinate and deliver resilience exercises, ensuring coverage, regulatory alignment and clear senior‑level insights to support ongoing improvements across the organisation.
