Operational Risk Analyst, Second Line – FinTech

Referment is partnering with a regulated UK digital bank to recruit an Operational Risk Analyst. The role sits in the second line of defence, reporting to the Operational Risk Manager, with duties across risk assessment, control testing and MI reporting.

The successful candidate will support risk identification, tracking and reporting, help shape risk culture, and ensure compliance with UK regulatory expectations.
