Operational Risk Framework Lead — Design & Governance

M&G plc is seeking an Operational Risk Framework Manager to design, maintain and continuously improve the group-wide operational risk framework. You will partner with senior stakeholders, lead a specialist team and ensure alignment with the Group Risk Management Policy and Taxonomy.

This role offers flexible working arrangements and a major UK listed financial services perspective. You will drive the design and adoption of risk standards, provide SME guidance, and present updates to
